As Head of Site Services & Engineering, you will lead an interdisciplinary team and take full responsibility for all technical and infrastructural aspects of our site. With your strategic vision, you will play a key role in the development of the site and the achievement of our corporate goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Lead and develop the Site Services & Engineering department with a focus on operational excellence and innovation in a GMP environment.

Site Strategy:

Contribute to the site strategy and take responsibility for the Site Master Plan from creation, alignment and continuous development to implementation.

Technology and Digitalization:

Implementation of new technologies and continuous improvement in the scope of digitalization, processes and infrastructure.

Technical Responsibility:

Ensure the availability and reliability of technical systems and infrastructure ensuring company safety, health & environmental standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate closely with external partners, authorities, and global functions to enable a common framework for efficient clinical supply.

What you have to offer:

Professional Expertise:

A degree in natural sciences, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, plant engineering, or similar technical disciplines.

Experience:

At least 15 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on services and engineering, as well as experience in multinational, multicultural corporate environments.

Technological Know-How:

Knowledge of digitalization, Industry 4.0 technologies, building and plant technologies, and facility management.

Process & Strategic-Thinking:

Providing strategic direction and facilitating the translation of long-term strategies into daily operations.

Leadership Skills:

Passion for leading teams through change, motivating employees, and fostering their professional development.

Communication Skills:

Fluency in German and English, along with excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
