Job Description
MetropolMED Health Group is a leading health tourism organization based in Istanbul. To expand our patient network in Europe, we are seeking Remote Patient Representatives with strong communication skills and an interest in international health tourism.
Purpose of the Position:
To introduce individuals living in Europe to the healthcare services we offer in Istanbul and guide them through the initial stages of the process.
Duties and Responsibilities
:Communicating with individuals interested in healthcare services Providing support at the initial stages of the process by informing patients Referring relevant patient information to the center Participating in online meetings as needed
Required Qualifications
:Experience in areas such as sales, consulting, and customer relations High communication skills and results-oriented approach Interest in healthcare and international patient experience Fluency in English or native language (additional languages a plus)
Working Conditions
