We are looking for you to join our team in the

FP & A

Department

at our headquarters in Idstein as a

FP & A Manager (m/f/d)

as soon as possible.

Our company headquarters will relocate to Eschborn in summer 2026, and your primary workplace will move to Eschborn from that time onward.

Your role in the Wolfpack:

Monitor operational performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending solutions Collaborate with department heads and finance controllers to develop and refine performance metrics and benchmarks Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational performance reports Contribute to the annual budgeting process for all P&L, including revenue, COGS, operational expenses. Identify and implement best practices and process improvements across all areas of responsibility Provide financial analysis and support for projects, strategic planning, and decision-making Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures in day-to-day conduct; continuously standardize and optimize the policies and procedures when it required Coordinate with accounting team for monthly actual financials and setup gap analysis between statutory reporting and management reporting. Continuously facilitate the financial system optimization, especially in reporting, by subject analysis, and BI Exhibit expertise in financial planning, analysis, and operational control, spearheading initiatives to optimize cost-efficiency and uphold regulatory compliance across all organizational functions

What you bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and operational control Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in SQL, Power BI, and Power Query is highly appreciated Ability to work independently and in an international team environment Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
