Together with your dedicated team, you ensure that every event becomes an unforgettable experience as an Event Coordinator.

From the initial consultation to the final debrief, you give our guests your full attention. You coordinate the entire process, design the event spaces with attention to detail, and ensure a first-class food and beverage offering that leaves nothing to be desired.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Handling event inquiries for our 10 event spaces and group reservations Preparing offers and contracts Creating function sheets Acting as a contact person for trainees Advising and supporting guests before, during, and after the event Close coordination with operational and administrative teams Creating deposit invoices and checking final invoices

What we’re looking for:

Completed training in the hospitality industry or a similar field Prior experience with the OPERA booking system is a plus Sales and organizational talent Warm and confident demeanor Initial leadership experience Good German and English skills
