Your Role:
Your responsibilities:

Development and design of components and assemblies with a focus on prototype and near-series production Selection of suitable manufacturing processes and materials for specific applications Implementation of innovative ideas in rapid prototyping, especially in 3D printing Performance of FEM analyses for the evaluation and optimisation of components Consideration of thermal requirements and development of efficient solutions in the field of thermal management Creation of CAD models and technical drawings Independent project work from idea to implementation Close cooperation with manufacturing, electronics development and product design.

Proactive collaboration in the development of innovative solutions for the human-machine interface of the future Willingness to take responsibility for projects from concept to implementation Team spirit and enjoyment of close collaboration with interdisciplinary colleagues from manufacturing, electronics and design Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, even when dealing with complex technical issues Openness to new technologies and willingness to continuously develop your skills
Your Profile:Completed training or degree in mechanical engineering, product development or similar Several years of professional experience in design and working with manufacturing technologies Experience with FEM analysis tools (e.g. ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation or similar) Very good understanding of thermal management (e.g. cooling, material selection, thermal simulation) Confident use of CAD systems (e.g. SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or similar) Knowledge of additive manufacturing processes, in particular 3D printing (FDM, SLA, SLS, etc.), is desirable A good understanding of materials, their properties and areas of application is desirable Creative thinking, a high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently.
