Your Role

We’re looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer who loves solving real engineering challenges in a top notch power electronics product.



In this role, you’ll own the mechanical design and integration of our modular multilevel inverter product, developing clever, space-efficient, and cost-effective solutions that make our hardware robust and production-ready. You’ll collaborate closely with our electrical and system engineers from early concept to final prototype - iterating fast, testing ideas, and learning from every build.

Your mission

Design, prototype, and refine mechanical parts and assemblies for our electronic products Work closely with electrical and system engineers to ensure mechanical and electronic designs integrate seamlessly Develop thermal management solutions for high-power systems - balancing performance, cost, and compactness Build and test prototypes, analyze results, and iterate rapidly based on feedback and data Collaborate with manufacturing partners to prepare designs for scalable, cost-effective production Document insights, share lessons learned, and contribute to improving our design process and standards

Your profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design for electronics or electro-mechanical products Strong skills in CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) and familiarity with thermal simulation tools Experience with thermal design principles, heat sinks, and cooling methods (passive or active) Hands-on mindset - you feel comfortable building, testing, and iterating Knowledge of manufacturing processes and DFM principles Experience with rapid prototyping, electronics packaging, or hardware startups is considered a plus A team player who enjoys working in cross-functional setups A reflective problem-solver - you learn from every prototype and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions You’re energized by ambiguity and enjoy turning early ideas into solid, testable designs
