Team Lead

for the DACH region.

What you'll do

Foster a collaborative and inspiring team culture through transparent communication and constructive feedback. Manage daily operations and key performance indicators to drive team success and achieve targets. Identify training requirements, offer coaching opportunities, including call shadowing and feedback sessions. Act as a supportive leader, resolving conflicts, acknowledging achievements, and effectively addressing feedback. Inspire team members, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity to maximise performance and motivation.

You'll be great for this position if

Fluency in both verbal and written German is essential, with a strong proficiency in business-level English. Possess strong empathy and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with customers and team members. Demonstrate active listening skills to address the needs of your team effectively. Show enthusiasm for technology and a willingness to adapt to the fast-paced nature of our industry. Demonstrate enthusiasm for assuming a pivotal role in driving the company toward its strategic objectives.
