IDS GmbH - Analysis and Reporting Services (IDS) unlocks the value of data for the global investment industry: We validate, refine, and link data from a wide variety of sources and make it available for mission-critical processes along all investment strategies and products quickly, worldwide, and at any time. Job Purpose / Role

As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d) \xe2\x80\x93 Risk Management you are part of a diverse service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients, like Group Risk. You play a key role in the client relationship management, mainly the analysis of financial data requests including management of service deliveries, service improvements and service performance. Apart from that you will be involved in various projects as face to the customer.

  • Operate as the point of contact for group risk entities of Allianz
  • Analysis of diverse client requests mainly related to financial, investment, risk data or internal processes
  • Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Alignment with clients, team members as well as IDS operating and project teams
  • Proactively identify process improvements and work with experts from other departments to ensure the continuous improvement of our services
  • Collect and develop specific knowledge to become a subject matter expert
  • University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics and/or equivalent experience in finance or risk management (e.g. FRM)
  • Work experience in the insurance or financial industry (e.g. Accounting, Risk, regulatory requirements, Solvency II) is a plus
  • Good Capital markets, finance and asset/investment management knowledge
  • High data affinity and experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Strong service attitude and customer orientation
  • Strong analytical approach and the ability to take initiative and to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy and an above-average willingness to perform
  • Very Good in English, German is a plus
