The position:

For its Specialty Medicines Business Unit, Daiichi Sankyo Europe is recruiting a Customer Experience Manager Cardiovascular Therapy. Join our Customer Experience Strategy group to shape the future one of our leading cardiovascular medicines and its commercial success. The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for driving the implementation of the strategic framework, focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience, considering its end-to-end journey. You are responsible for maximizing customer experience, for driving implementation cross-functionally along with our affiliates. You are focused on value creation for HCPs and patients, through content generation and digital solutions always anchored on insights.

You combine customer and operational experience and you are focused on continuous improvement. You have successful experience in building impactful customer interactions and are interested in playing a key role in delivering an omnichannel approach for our cardiovascular medicines. You are a passionate individual and are committed to bring value to patients.

  • Drive the implementation of the strategic framework for our cardiovascular medicines focusing on an integrated approach of customer experience, considering end-to-end journey
  • Engage cross-functionally to deliver a comprehensive customer experience strategy for our cardiovascular medicines including Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing & Sales and Digital Excellence
  • Support in driving implementation of Single Minded Proposition for our cardiovascular medicines and be responsible for customer experience planning for the brand in alignment with the portfolio, focusing on patients
  • Challenge the strategic and implementation plans (EU and affiliates) for the brand focusing on creating one E2E customer journey
  • Support in driving the implementation of activities and content according to customer needs, delivering on EU campaigns together with affiliates
  • Act as product owner for digital solutions, and drive implementation from the need identification to the rollout of the solutions
  • Contribute to LCM and competitive approaches
  • Degree in Economics or scientific studies
  • several years (2-5) experience in Marketing/Sales in pharmaceutical industry
  • Commercial experience and acumen
  • Experience in building impactful customer interaction
  • Experience in creating personalized content for HCPs through development of modular content and supporting localization and implementation, considering customer journey
  • Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
  • Good communication and strong social skills
  • Experience to work in and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken, additional language is a plus
