We are looking for you to join our team in the Communication, Events & Campus Operation Department at our headquarters in Idstein as a
Coordinator Office Management (m/f/d)
as soon as possible.
Your role in the Wolfpack:
You will be the first point of contact and the face of the company. Your tasks include:
A warm welcome and support for guests and colleagues
Professional handling of phone calls
Booking travel arrangements through our online booking portal and reserving room contingents for larger events
Planning and supporting internal events
Organizing small and large catering services
Taking on small projects
Reviewing and assigning account codes to invoices
Handling incoming and outgoing mail
Correspondence with colleagues, service providers, and clients
Organizational and administrative tasks (maintaining lists, room bookings, orders, etc.)
Providing vacation cover for the Office Management team
What you bring:
Experience in reception, office management, or a service-oriented role
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
A strong service mindset
A friendly and confident demeanor
Organizational talent, reliability, and a structured way of working
Calmness and composure even in stressful situations
Team spirit, flexibility, and a willingness to help wherever support is needed
