about the role
The Community team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing and executing regional marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, building brand awareness, brand familiarity and brand love across our key markets. The Community Marketing Lead is a people and wellbeing industry leader whom collaborates with key stakeholders and partners to create and implement a localised marketing strategy that supports overall brand marketing tactics to acquire new guests.
core responsibilities
Deliver quarterly elevated community programming and experiences through local run, train and yoga partners across key cities in northern Germany at key brand campaign and/or cultural moments on the calendar, with a focus on Berlin
Act as the marketing relationship holder for the most premium and relevant gyms, studios, run clubs and shopping centres to design and manage bespoke partnerships to grow awareness, seed our core products, and acquire new guests
Project manage the 360-marketing strategy for New Store Openings, delivering the strategy and executing in close collaboration with cross-functional partners to drive the retail business
Directly coach the store teams, facilitating quarterly strategy meetings and campaign enrolment sessions to build long-term brand equity and support delivering on brand marketing objectives in northern Germany
Oversee and support the Local Ambassador pipeline and program approval process
Act as the local lululemon representative, identifying, building and maintaining lasting relationships with local key opinion leaders, Ambassadors, gyms, studios, athletes and more
Act as the regional source of truth for strategic insights on the Berlin and northern Germany market
Manage strategic materials, budgets and reporting tools

5+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing and events (Sports marketing experience preferred)
You have a passion for movement and view wellbeing as a way of life
An existing network within the wellbeing and fitness community is preferred
Proven experience of creating marketing plans with proven results
Written, presentation and verbal communication skills
