Team mission
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on B2B Growth Marketing Lead to drive scalable, sustainable growth across our supplier vertical. This is a tactical and operational role for someone who thrives on rolling up their sleeves, running experiments, and owning results across the entire funnel.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media strategy, aligning our marketing tool stack for accuracy and tracking, and developing a rigorous methodology for testing and scaling new initiatives. You'll work closely with agencies, cross-functional teams, and other departments to ensure alignment, while owning the overall growth targets across channels.
Your mission
Own and optimize paid media strategy:
Manage agencies and internal teams across core performance channels (Google search GDA, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring full-funnel growth from awareness to conversion.
Tool stack alignment:
Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack for accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting.
Experimentation and methodology:
Design, launch, and analyze experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities. Establish a repeatable, data-driven approach to testing.
Full-funnel growth:
Develop and execute strategies across the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, including ABM, retargeting, and personalization.
Cross-functional consulting:
Advise and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Brand teams to ensure a cohesive growth strategy and share best practices.
Who you are:
7+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing or a similar role
Deep expertise in paid media, growth loops, and full-funnel strategy
Hands-on operator: comfortable executing campaigns, running experiments, and managing agency relationships
Strong analytical skills: able to align and optimize tool stacks, tracking, and reporting
Experience developing and scaling new B2B channels
Proven ability to consult and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Previous experience with CRMs like Salesforce, Hubspot, Braze
Self-sufficient, adaptable, and results-oriented
Preferably: marketplace or SaaS experience.
