The role
We're seeking a customer-obsessed, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Lead to design and optimize multi-channel campaigns that expand our owned audience and convert new prospects through impactful activation journeys.
This is a key role requiring deep CRM and mobile marketing expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to be both strategic and operational. You'll work across product, design, marketing, data, and legal teams to optimise every part of the journey to deliver measurable impact.
Your mission
Grow our audience:
Develop a comprehensive roadmap and implement growth strategies across our product to drive incremental subscribers to our CRM program and nurture them to become loyal customers
Delivery Management:
Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of initiatives and campaigns
Customer Insights & Segmentation:
Utilize customer data and market research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and segments for more targeted marketing efforts.
Reporting & Analysis:
Gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, establish clear KPIs, and share actionable insights for marketing and product leadership
Push the boundaries:
Partner with product, compliance, and marketing to challenge regulatory and technical limitations - always with the goal of creating the smoothest possible user experience.
Your toolkit
7+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing or product, out of which at least 3 in lifecycle
Experience working with Braze
Experience owning activation and retention metrics (DAU/MAU, activation %, churn %) at scale
Experience building growth loops, creating activation playbooks, funnel optimization and/or loyalty programs
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. We operate on a hybrid work model and value in person interaction in our office 3+ days per week.
