Commercial Clerk Export/Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

Conducting export controls for industrial spare parts Preparing export documentation according to country-specific regulations and shipping preparation according to customer specifications Handling transport, including coordination and scheduling with transport companies and customers Reporting to our customers Issuing shipping instructions to suppliers and coordinating pickups with our freight forwarding partners Maintaining relationships with our international customers and suppliers

Your profile:

Professional experience in logistics and export to third countries is desirable Team spirit and reliability Excellent communication skills Ability to understand and independently implement legal regulations Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken Analytical, structured, and problem-solving approach to work Strong affinity for new technologies and the ability to adapt to digital trends and ways of working
