You will face challenges like

supporting one or more international customers – both by phone and in writing handling and monitoring order processing in the field of Sales & Order Management managing the complete order processing of standard series products and new product launches preparing standardized quotations, maintaining master data, and entering as well as reviewing customer orders (e.g. delivery and payment terms, material availability) planning demand for end products based on customer orders and forecasts creating delivery notes and invoices, including tracking delivery performance contributing to the documentation, optimization, and further development of existing process and system workflows acting as an interface between customers and internal departments in cases of escalations and complaints

You inspire us by

a completed commercial apprenticeship with many years of professional experience

or

a completed bachelor’s degree (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics) or an equivalent qualification several years of professional experience as a commercial clerk as well as in customer service experience in customer support or international sales, ideally in the aviation industry and in order processing advanced user skills in MS Office and SAP (including modules MM/SD), complemented by knowledge of S/4 HANA – ideally with implementation experience basic knowledge of project management business-fluent German and advanced English skills
