We are looking for talented personalities (m/f/d) who can keep a professional composure in stressful situations. You are able to calm down callers who are under emotional pressure due to an unusual situation with their car (accident / misfunction / breakdown).After an intense training, you will be able to initiate apropriate steps depending on the situation and, if necessary, inform contact persons. In doing so, you strictly adhere to the given processes and thus ensure a smooth process in solving the customer's emergency situation.


Typical tasks are:- Receive calls from car drivers of a high end automotive brand - Understand the problem and iniciate remedies- Comunicate with experts if you don t have a solution handy- Exchange information with external partners, like police, ambulance, towing services- Work in a customer support / customer service environment


Do you have what it takes:- High stress resistance in emergency situations- Can work shifts- Fluent in Czech and English - German would be a plus
