Tasks
Organize and manage international training courses, including planning and execution
Serve as the main contact person for participants, consultants, customers, and trainers
Support in handling course data organization, and management of course requests
Support and coordinate travel arrangements for trainers, supporting staff, and participants
Process course-related invoices and payments
Support in preparing training materials such as certificates, USB sticks, and course folders
Support set up online training tool
Requirements
Foreign language secretary or equivalent commercial training or equivalent qualifications or natural scientist (Bachelor / Diploma)
Background in natural sciences or in the field of project management is an advantage
Good English skills
* Very Good knowledge of computer systems
