Overview:

Oxford Policy Management is seeking a

S

cientific Project Coordinator

on a fixed-term basis, contingent on the successful outcome of a bid for an upcoming project.

The position would be located in Germany.

Position Summary:

Lead and coordinate

the planning, execution, and delivery of scientific projects related to communicable diseases, ensuring alignment with established timelines and goals.

Oversee the conduct of systematic reviews

, applying rigorous scientific methods and international standards to ensure high-quality evidence synthesis.

Manage multidisciplinary expert teams

, facilitating collaboration across scientific, technical, and policy stakeholders to drive project success.

Ensure quality control and compliance

, monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions in line with best practices in scientific research and project management.
Key Qualifications / Experience / Skills / Behaviours:

7+ years of experience

applying scientific methods and standards in conducting

systematic reviews

in the field of

communicable diseases.

5+ years of experience

in

project management

, including coordination of

multidisciplinary expert teams
