Your mission:
1- Office management: visitors' reception, expense reports, mail handling, management of the office supplies, management of the meeting rooms, organization of meetings and trade shows, invoices…
2- Sales & Customer service support:
General customer service support during peak season
Take off work from customer service representatives to allow them to take care of most of the order management of regular and recurring unit orders
Assist the sales team with any support work such as: calling customers monthly to check their needs with them for the rolling forecast, proactively following up in writing on smaller quotes (during peak season from March to July)
Marketing support during trade shows
Organize sales trips/shows for Area Managers (logistics and visit appointments, hotels, flights, car rentals)
Follow up with Area Managers to make sure action item deadlines are observed
Handle market surveys by phone and analyze the answers and report the conclusion and /or recommendations
Communicate with sales team about validated prospects and their needs
Support the sales team with collection calls
Your profile:
You have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role
You can communicate easily in German and English, oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus
You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
Your competencies:
