We are seeking a highly organised and motivated (Junior) Sales Support Administrator to join our operations team in Germany. You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the field sales team, ensuring smooth processes, and helping drive customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual.
Key Responsibilities
· General administration inc. maintain internal documentation, manage shared inboxes and ensure smooth internal communication.
· Support the field sales team with logistical and day-to-day queries and issues
· Fleet management inc. new car requests, delivery, resolving issues and returns
· Organising and maintaining technical equipment (i.e. cell phones and laptops) and provide first-line support
· Onboarding of new starters – set up of equipment and organising and facilitating CRM system training
· Excellent email and phone etiquette – able to support with minor technical issues i.e. adding emails to phone/ MS Teams log in issues
· Able to answer queries and take responsibility to problem solve
· Coordinate with internal department to ensure field sales team needs are met
Reporting & Analysis
· Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and guidelines
· Escalate issues to line manager
· Attend weekly internal and external virtual meetings
Required Skills & Experience
· Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills with high work standards and attention to detail
· Flexible and adaptable to change, able to work in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring a high work standard
· Strong technical aptitude with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have fluent written and communication skills in German and English
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
· Experience in a B2B sales environment
· Knowledge of local German business practices and regulations
Salary
: €20,000
Working hours:
4 hours per day Monday to Friday
Location:
The position is remote, with a preference for candidates based near Hamburg, where our existing team is located. This will enable in-person collaboration when required.
