Your new tasks:
Develop and implement modern workplace guidelines and design concepts for our sites
Design functional and aesthetic work environments with a strong focus on sustainability and energy efficiency
Collaborate with IT and Procurement to curate and enhance our furniture and equipment catalogues
Contribute to communication and engagement strategies that promote new workplace concepts
Monitor workplace trends and innovations and bring fresh ideas into the organization
Prepare project materials (e.g. plans, presentations, cost calculations) to support local implementation teams
Support the rollout of new hybrid sites by applying design standards and methodologies
Prototype and test new concepts (e.g. furniture, materials, spatial designs)
Your Profile:
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in workplace or interior design projects
Strong technical knowledge in sustainability and energy efficiency
Experience working with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
Creative mindset and genuine passion for modern workplace design and innovation
Self-motivated, structured and solution-oriented working style
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
Very good command of English (written and spoken)
