For the Way to Product area, we are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) Digital Customer Experience for Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in the digital field while supporting an international team? Then this is the right place for you! In this role, you will gain exciting insights into digital platforms, user experience, and online marketing – all within a dynamic work environment. This position is available for part-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Product Owner of our global website Sartorius.com Support in organizing and conducting meetings (e.g., preparing agendas, follow-ups) Contribute to ongoing projects by taking over defined work packages Prepare and distribute user communications such as release notes and updates Document features, processes, and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing Assist users with questions and issues related to digital platforms and tools

You are an enrolled student (university or college) First experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to write clear, user-oriented texts Basic understanding of User Experience (UX) principles Affinity for digital touchpoints and online marketing Willingness to learn and flexibility in taking on short-notice tasks Fluent in English; German is an asset
