Working Student (x|f|m) Business Process & Communication - Hybrid


We are looking for a Working Student (x|f|m) for the BPM PLM & QM department at Sartorius Corporate Administration GmbH. In this role, you will support our team in the area of Business Process Management, with a focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management. You will collaborate closely with various departments and gain valuable insights into our processes and projects. This position is available for part-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site at our headquarters in Göttingen with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Responsibilities

Supporting the structuring and updating of training materials (e.g., PowerPoint slide decks) Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of documentation and presentations Supporting cross-functional communication and coordination Translating complex technical content into clear, understandable language for different audiences Contributing to smaller projects and tasks in adjacent teams

You are currently enrolled in a university program such as Business Administration, Communication or a comparable field of study You have a structured way of thinking and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics You are curious and eager to look beyond your immediate responsibilities You are open-minded and enjoy working with people and diverse tasks You have solid skills in the MS Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel You are able to explain complex topics in a clear and non-technical way You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a collaborative environment Fluent German and English skills round off your profile
