Turbit develops and researches AI services for renewable energy assets and has established itself as a market leader in AI-based operational management of wind turbines in Europe.



Tasks



Analyze turbine performance data and identify and flag relevant operational issues based on system trends Assist our customers by providing clear and structured insights on operational cases, suggesting relevant checks or actions and recommending practical next steps to move forward Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve internal processes Support the creation of standardized workflows for technical case handling Contribute to documentation and internal reporting for transparency and review Share insights with Product, CS, Sales and Marketing teams when technical anomalies are detected Help ensure that customer feedback is captured and reflected in ongoing improvements. Support customer meetings, with potential to take a more active role over time. Grow into presenting insights and answering customer questions independently.

Requirements



Ongoing studies or background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Renewable Energy, Physics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and the ability to interpret time-series or technical data Structured and concise communication (both written and verbal) Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus.
