Aufgaben

Beantwortung von internen und externen Anfragen in deutscher und englischer Sprache; schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kunden und Sales Mitarbeit an Supplier und Vertragsthemen wie AGB, AEB und Questionnaires Dokumentation von Vendordaten in bestehenden Systemen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen, wie z.B. Sales, Contract Management und Accounts Receivables

Anforderungen

Du wohnst in Hamburg oder Umgebung Home Office möglich Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Studium der BWL, VWL, sonstiger (betriebs-) wirtschaftlicher bzw. kaufmännischer Hintergrund oder Jura Ausgeprägte Kommunikationskompetenz und sichere schriftliche Ausdrucksweise Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Adobe; Kenntnisse in Salesforce von Vorteil Gutes Zeit- und Prioritätenmanagement Eigenständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit sehr hohem Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Blick für Details
