Your tasks

Support for the Product Manager in day-to-day reporting and data product management Organization and structuring of tasks, projects, and documentation (e.g., notes, planning, deadlines) Proactive communication with stakeholders (suppliers, internal teams), including clarity and follow-ups via email and meetings Contribution of ideas and initiative through issue resolution and stakeholder engagement Execution of simple SQL queries (BigQuery) for reporting support, data validation, and customer/supplier request analysis Provision of analytics insights for a more data-driven Retail Media team Monitoring of product performance, feedback collection, and support for improvements Preparation of presentations, meeting notes, and reports for internal and external use

Your profile

Currently studying (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Management, Data Analytics, or related field Prior internship or working student experience in product management, business analysis, or similar (advantage) Familiarity with reporting tools or data visualization platforms (advantage, not requirement) Fluency in English; German language skills as a plus Strong communication skills: confident in writing emails, summarizing discussions, and engaging with stakeholders Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented with a “hands-on” mentality Ability to prioritize and follow through on responsibilities without constant supervision Basic knowledge of SQL (preferably in BigQuery) Analytical thinking and ability to interpret data
