About this opportunity:

The Industrialization & Verification organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within Ericsson Antenna Systems. We focus on validation/verification and industrialization of antenna products & components and develop the latest cutting-edge antenna test technology.

We are now looking for a Working Student - Test & Manufacturing Technology to support our team in driving antenna design and manufacturing efficiency to the next level. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in prototyping, test and manufacturing technologies in the context of antenna development.

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of test and manufacturing technologies Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of specialists Collect and analyse data to optimize products and manufacturing processes Support in prototyping new antenna technologies

Key Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, RF engineering, production engineering, process engineering or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork and collaboration Analytical, structured, and result-oriented approach Proficiency in English, both written and spoken German language skills are a plus
