Your responsibilities

Support the development of Uniper’s Algo Trading models, particularly based on Technical Analysis tools. Research and analyse the basic concepts. Translate the concepts into Tradesignal’s Equilla programming language. Where necessary, describe parts of the concepts in Python and integrate them into Tradesignal’s Equilla scripts Backtest and calibrate the components of the concepts to refine assumptions and model logic Apply appropriate Machine Learning tools to identify and isolate anomalies to describe and resolve them Support the Market Analysis Technical Analysis team in their daily work

Your profile

Ongoing studies in the field of data science, computer science, engineering with excellent interim results Strong interest in Technical Analysis. Experience in applied Technical Analysis would be advantageous. Profound skills in Python programming language. Strong interest to learn and apply Tradesignal’s Equilla programming language. Machine Learning: Proficiency in classical ML algorithms (e.g., Linear Regression, Decision Trees) and optimization. Skilled in feature engineering and practical ML application. Excellent problem-solving skills and strong analytical capabilities. Knowledge of energy markets would be advantageous. Proficient knowledge of the English language Team player with a high degree of self-motivation * Ability to present and describe findings and results comprehensibly.
