Working Student Talent Acquisition (f/m/x)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Imagine jumping into the heart of our Talent Acquisition team, supporting our Recruiting Business Partners in running the daily workflow while learning how recruiting works behind the scenes. If that sounds great, have a look at this Working Student position in Talent Acquisition (f/m/x). You will support our day-to-day operations and play an important part in making every candidate journey feel personal, smooth, and well-coordinated. You’ll get plenty of guidance, but also the chance to grow quickly and bring in your own ideas. Your key responsibilities include: Supporting the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of positions across different functions and seniority levels
Taking ownership of the recruiting process for interns and working students
Posting job ads on various platforms and supporting candidate sourcing and outreach
Coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a smooth process
Supporting on strategic projects and ad-hoc initiatives that help the team stay organized
Maintaining and updating candidate databases and talent pools
Contributing ideas to improve our recruiting processes and initiatives
YOUR PROFILE
You are a great match for this role if you are eager to learn, enjoy working with people, and want to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. Ideally, you bring the following qualifications and strengths: Enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program at a German University in HR, psychology, business, or a related field (other backgrounds are also welcome)
Genuine interest in people and talent, with a focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience
Comfortable working with leaders and candidates, supporting smooth communication and collaboration
An eye for detail and a drive for excellence
Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and take initiative
Motivation to take responsibility and support smaller projects independently
Fluent English; German is a plus
You are living in Hamburg and are able to support 1-2 days per week on side in our New Work Campus in Hamburg
