Design Hotels™ is an unrivaled global community for design, architecture, culture, and the definite source of original experiences. This role focuses on impact projects with our member hotels, including data management, partner relations, creative activations and campaigns. It also supports internal culture initiatives, from global employee engagement to event organization and platform updates. Ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and making a positive impact across our different communities.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sustainability
Support planning and execution of sustainability activities internally and with member hotels, both online and offline
Support partner relationships
Support member hotels with capacity building projects
Maintain the Sustainable Hotels database and ensure member hotels are regularly updated on initiatives
Assist in creating content and campaigns for consumers related to sustainability
Produce reports and presentations on sustainability activities
Collaborate with teams to integrate sustainability initiatives internally and externally
Organize and upload data to track and monitor sustainability efforts effectively. Review and update sustainability policies and procedures to align with industry standards and best practices
Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainability practices, including new technologies or methodologies. Monitor trends, conduct research, and track hotel sustainability activities and R&D
Culture
Help organize and manage internal events, from planning through post-event assessment. Online and offline
Support Impact Team initiatives by monitoring events, trends, and volunteering opportunities
Support employee-focused initiatives and contribute to projects that enhance engagement and well-being
Keep internal platforms updated with relevant content
EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, German is not required—native English is a plus
Great communication skills (specifically in English, writing and editing skills)
Great understanding of brand identity and visual brand standards
Organizational and prioritization skills
Proactive team member who shows initiative
Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with Keynote
Excel/Google Sheets experience (bonus, not required)
