Working Student Creation - Motion Design (m/f/d)

. The Creation team develops innovative event and engagement concepts for our clients. The focus lies upon the symbiosis of technology and creative concept. We create holistic design concepts in diverse disciplines: Corporate Design, motion design, 3D art work as well as creative room layouts.

Take an active role in

developing and executing motion and graphic design concepts

for virtual and live events, contributing independently from early idea to final delivery

Create storyboards, design frames, visual concepts, and narrative structures

for motion design, 3D animations, and cross-media content with growing creative ownership Manage parts of

on- and offline design productions

, ensuring visual quality, consistency, and reliable execution of assigned deliverables Help shape and

further develop visual communication concepts

, bringing in your own design perspective and motion-driven ideas Research and experiment with

new styles, techniques, and trends

in motion graphics, 3D, and contemporary design, proactively integrating them into your work Take responsibility for the

planning and execution of smaller design projects

, ensuring timely delivery aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines

THESE SKILLS SET YOU APART

Available for approximately

20 hours per week

, ideally spread across 5 days. Enrolled in or completed a

Master’s program

in film/motion, media communication, or graphic design. First

practical experience in the motion design field

; experience in the

event industry

is a plus. Strong

interest in moving images, storytelling, and innovative technologies

, with a good sense of

aesthetics, typography, and visual trends

. Excellent skills in

motion design tools

(e.g., After Effects, Blender, Runway); interest in

AI-driven creative workflows

.

Able to work independently

on projects, taking ideas from concept to delivery while meeting deadlines. Interest in

virtual events and emerging technologies

(e.g., VR/AR).

Applied skills in graphic design

, layout, logos, and key visual creation; knowledge of

print production

is a bonus.

Organized, quality-conscious, and flexible

in dynamic project environments. Good communication skills in

English and German

; additional languages are a plus.
