What you will do

Assist in the preparation of offers, , and technical documentation for the Business Development Team. Contribute to strategic and market analyses that inform key business decisions together with the Chief of Staff. Help craft presentations and materials for customers, investors, and the management team. Support the creation and customization of product demos using the deepset AI platform.

Requirements

Fluent German & English language skills. Any additional language is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Informatics, Data Science, or a related field. Strong interest in Generative AI, LLMs, and applied NLP technologies. Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented thinker. Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn from both commercial and technical teams. Skilled in Google Suite, in particular Google Sheets and analysis of complex datasets, and Google Presentation to condense insights into compelling storylines for Customer-, Management-, or Investor-facing presentations Available 15–20 hours per week with flexibility during study periods.
