WHAT YOU\'LL DO

\n
As a working student for BCG\xe2\x80\x99s Global Talent Acquisition function, you will focus on strategic communications projects. You will support in developing our internal, external, and executive communications strategy. Your responsibilities may also include the creation of communications plans and materials for key projects and senior leadership. With your internal efforts you will drive engagement across the entire Global BCG Talent Acquisition community. Externally, you will help us position BCG as employer of choice with articles, social media posts, videos and more, to ultimately attract the best talent in the market. \n

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your semesters and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation time. The role offers flexibility to combine personal, academic, and professional life. It is a temporary role from minimum 12 to maximum 24 months. You need to be an enrolled university student in Germany.\n

YOU\'RE GOOD AT

  • \n

  • Taking ownership, proactively developing and proposing new ideas to help improve BCG\'s employer branding and communications strategy using data and insights

    \n
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders across a global organization and building relationships

    \n
  • Writing content for various internal and external communication channels including newsletters, executive messaging, infographics, and articles

    \n
  • Developing communications plans, creating presentations and abstracts with a creative, yet organized mindset

    \n
  • Balancing multiple tasks at the same time, being able to prioritize and communicate to the point

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)

  • \n

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, e.g., grammar and mechanics and ability to clearly express ideas

    \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

    \n
  • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills with a focus on Word and PowerPoint

    \n
  • Willingness to learn and hands-on attitude (e.g., interest to leverage new digital tools)

    \n
  • Interest for Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and communications trends

    \n

BCG\xe2\x80\x99s Global Talent Acquisition function, specifically with the Employer Branding and Strategic Projects Team. We are a diverse and motivated team that works on impactful projects that are essential to BCG\xe2\x80\x99s success. You have the unique opportunity to work with colleagues spread across the US, India, UK, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands. Your line manager will be based out of the Munich office.
