Corporate Management Development at the Corporate Center in G\xc3\xbctersloh is responsible for Group-wide projects in the area of employer branding and talent management, as well as for implementing related events and projects. In particular, the goal is to attract external talent to Bertelsmann and to systematically identify internal talent, develop it in a targeted manner through development offers, and thus ensure the internal backfilling of key positions.

As Intern Employer Branding (m/f/d) based in G\xc3\xbctersloh and / or remote you will be responsible for the following activities:
  • Supporting the preparation, on-site or online participation and the follow-up processes of different career fairs and company pitches at various universities
  • Trend scouting, content production and handling of social media postings
  • Support in various recruiting processes such as reviewing applications, researching relevant job openings, communicating to candidates
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual reports / statistics of social media, website, applications and event data
  • Completion of at least 6 semesters of your undergraduate studies in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable study program with excellent grades
  • Strong interest in strategic HR, Employer Branding and/or Social Media
  • First work experience (through internships) in HR or Marketing departments
  • Fluency (C1/C2) in German OR English
  • Well-structured and goal-oriented way of working
  • An affinity for getting to know new people on a regular basis
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • International experience is a plus
  • Some travel within Germany will be required
To ensure a good learning experience, you should be available from October 2023 for six months.
