About the Role and the Team

You’ll join our EMEA Recruiting organization, spread across Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, and Ireland, focusing on technology, core marketplace, and emerging talent recruiting. As a Working Student in Dreilinden, you’ll collaborate closely with recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, talent research, and candidate engagement. You’ll enjoy international exposure, contribute to creative projects and innovative sourcing strategies, and be part of an inclusive, agile team. Alongside professional growth, you’ll also benefit from our vibrant campus with a fitness center, coffee bar, canteen, bike rental, and shuttle service.

What you will accomplish

Collaborate with recruiters to develop targeted lists for top Talent across the EMEA region. Source and present high-caliber candidates to recruiters and hiring managers. Build talent pipelines through strategic initiatives, including tech events and referral generation. Conduct talent market research with a focus on diversity & inclusion. Representing eBay’s brand and culture at various Career fairs. Support the scheduling of interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

What you will bring:

Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Psychology, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proficiency (or eagerness to learn) LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and social media platforms. Ability to prepare and present talent mapping insights effectively. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
