As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Talent Acquisition, you will become part of our diverse and international team, focusing on recruiting future consultants for Siemens Advanta. From day one, you’ll take on real responsibility in the candidate journey, contribute to impactful projects, and gain hands-on experience that will help you grow personally as well as professionally.

Munich

and looking for students who are available for

15–20 hours

per week.

You'll make an impact by

You independently screen applications and provide support throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates are evaluated fairly and efficiently Next, you manage our applicant tracking system, engaging with potential candidates to maintain a smooth and effective communication flow Additionally, you prepare for and moderate our Interview Days, creating a welcoming environment for candidates and facilitating the interview process to ensure it runs smoothly You also coordinate career fairs and university events, representing Siemens Advanta and enhancing our visibility and engagement with potential talent Finally, you contribute to ongoing projects and daily operational tasks, applying your organizational skills to support the team in various capacities

Education

: Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, or Business Education

Experience and Skills

: + Previous experience in HR, Marketing, or Event Management is advantageous
+ Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) and willingness to learn new tools
+ Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and reliability

Ways of Working

: You possess a proactive and collaborative approach, coupled with the curiosity and eagerness to keep learning

Languages

: Strong communication skills in both German and English
