Job Description Summary




As a Working Student in Project & Development Services, you will support the execution of building- and fit-out-projects in our DACH region, assist in coordination of contractors and internal teams, and help ensure projects are delivered on schedule, on quality and on cost.

Key Responsibilities:



Support project teams in the initiation, planning and hand-over phases of new construction, conversion and modernisation projects. Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and contract award processes for external planning and construction services. Monitor and track project schedules, budgets and quality metrics; help maintain clear documentation and reporting. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (leasing, property management, design) and external contractors to ensure smooth project flow. Participate in site meetings, prepare minutes and follow-up on action items. Support the commissioning and handover process, including relocation or occupancy logistics. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management procedures, templates and tools.

Knowledge & Experience:



Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (e.g., Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Management, Business or a technical discipline). Strong interest in real-estate development, construction project management or workplace fit-out. Good organisational skills, proactive mindset, reliability and ability to handle multiple tasks. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ideally first experience in MS Project or similar. Good command of German and English (written and spoken). Team-player, with good communication skills; interest to engage with internal and external stakeholders. Willingness to learn, work in a dynamic environment and support on-site or hybrid activities as needed.
