About the role

For our Procurement Excellence department which is responsible for developing and promoting best practices related to processes, systems and tools within Global Procurement, we are looking for a*n Working Student to support our team at the

Hamburg location

as soon as possible

with up to 20 h / week for 1 year

Our Procurement Excellence team is the key driver for business transformational projects and apply subject expertise in Global Procurement to continuously


improve harmonization and standardization improve process and system efficiency improve legal and regulatory compliance enhance learning and development
In the role you will focus on the learning and development by setting up and administer learning materials for Global Procurement.

What You Will Do

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for Global Procurement Assist in ongoing projects as needed e.g. digitalisation and process improvement Assist in day-to-day administrative work and processes Work with analytics and presentation Supporting inquiries and requests related to the Procurement Excellence

I am an enrolled student in business at a German University or University of Applied Science
I like working collaboratively with colleagues and fostering a positive work environment I am a communicative person who enjoys engaging proactively with others I am curious to adapt to new tasks and challenges I am fluent in English (written and verbal)
