As a

Working Student,

you will become part of our

Product Management Team

with a focus on ESG solutions. You will actively contribute to the further development of our software products and support all phases of the product development process – from the initial idea to concept development and all the way to rollout. Through structured research on regulatory developments, market trends, and customer needs, you help us shape practical and future-oriented solutions.

In addition, you will gain insights into our internal sustainability initiatives and support our ESG team on tasks such as reporting, certifications, and the implementation of our corporate sustainability strategy.

Your Responsibilities

You support the ongoing development of our ESG solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle – from concept and design to implementation and rollout. You conduct in-depth research on ESG-related topics, regulations and solutions (e.g. Product Compliance Management, Supplier Relationship Management), and market requirements, and present your findings in a clear, structured, and comprehensible manner. You collaborate closely with colleagues from Product Management, Development, Legal, and Sustainability. You help identify requirements from a customer and market perspective and contribute to shaping our product strategy. You also support the internal ESG team with tasks such as ESG reporting, sustainability certifications, and internal communication around sustainability topics.

Your Experience

You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally with a focus on sustainability, business, social sciences, product management, or a related field. You are interested in ESG topics and ideally have some initial exposure to corporate sustainability, reporting standards, or sustainability-related regulations You work in a structured and analytical manner and are able to present complex topics clearly. You enjoy contributing your own ideas and feel comfortable working in a dynamic, interdisciplinary team. You have excellent

German

and

English

skills as well as solid proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
