As a

Working Student in Product Management

, you’ll help shape the future of our Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions that empower global enterprises to innovate faster and smarter. You’ll be part of a team that bridges customer needs, business objectives, and technology, turning insights into impactful product outcomes used by Fortune 500 companies across industries.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

Assist in planning, analyzing, documenting, and managing product requirements to align with customer needs and business objectives Support the feedback process, helping to collect, analyze, and translate customer insights into actionable enhancements Participate in workshops, surveys, and feedback sessions with internal teams and customers Help create requirement documents (functional, non-functional, and technical) and maintain traceability throughout the product lifecycle Contribute to testing and validation, ensuring product quality and alignment with specifications Take ownership of smaller product initiatives, from scoping and coordination to delivery and communication Collaborate closely with development, design, and UX teams to ensure accurate implementation of product requirements Support risk analysis and impact assessments, helping identify potential issues early on Continuously improve our requirements engineering and feedback processes

Your Skills & Qualifications

Ongoing Masters studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail Passion for technology and SaaS products Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams Structured working style with an eagerness to learn and take responsibility First experience in product management or other fields is a plus Fluent in English and German
