Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role



Join our Procurement team and contribute to projects that enhance negotiation excellence and learning within Infineon. This role offers the opportunity to gain insights into global procurement processes, and collaborate with experienced professionals in an international environment.

Take responsibility

: Support the preparation of negotiations by creating professional and structured preparation material

Organizational talent:

Help plan and coordinate our annual negotiation event

Lifelong learning:

Support the Procurement Academy by coordinating trainings and developing video learning content

Keep the overview

: Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management decisions, reports, and training documents

Inform your colleagues:

Maintain and update the intranet pages to ensure relevant and up-to-date information

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You are a structured and motivated student with a hands-on, proactive approach, eager to contribute to a dynamic procurement environment.

Education/Study field:

You are currently studying Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Skills:

You have very good knowledge of MS Office and also understanding of project management and organizing events

Personality:

You are organized, proactive, and enjoy working both independently and in a team

Way of working:

You demonstrate a solution-oriented and service-minded approach

Knowledge:

Familiarity with game theory and Camtasia is a plus

Language skills:

You are business fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Important information:

Working part-time

: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.

Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome

: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

You should live close to the site

: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
