About the role

For our PLD IT & Digital Excellence Team, we are looking for a working student with up to 20 h / week for 1 year to support our team as soon as possible. The position can be located in

Munich, Mannheim, Neuss or Witzenhausen.

What You Will Do

====================

Understand the shared and unique business needs of PLD and support our stakeholders across 7 factories, Commercial, Product Services and Support Functions, to facilitate the smooth administration & execution of our project portfolio Work with cross functional teams to facilitating effective communication ensuring smooth project planning & execution process Support IT Director to monitor and ensure compliance with IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance standards using ITSM tools and platforms. Ensuring delivery to all PLD sites meets expectations Support continuous improvement and organizational efficiency activities and projects as needed

Who You Are

===============

Enrolled Bachelor or Master student (d/f/m) in Information Technology, Management or Business Administration with a technical focus in a German university or university of applied sciences Analytical thinking and data driven with a strong interest in AI technologies Very confident in using MS Office applications, Power BI is a plus Excellent communicator with all stakeholders, self-driven, eager to learn, and passionate about continuous improvement and teamwork Fluent in English (written and verbal)
