The Role

We’re looking for a motivated

Working Student - People Experience & Office Management (m/f/d)

to join our People team.



In this role, you’ll contribute to daily office operations, help coordinate employee events, and support culture initiatives that make our company a great place to work



This position is ideal for students who are passionate about people, culture, and organisation, and who want to gain hands-on experience in HR and office management.



To join our team, you should be excited to:



Support the coordination and smooth execution of company events, team activities, and celebrations Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring a welcoming and structured experience Help manage office supplies, organisation, and facility-related requests Contribute to the maintenance of our events calendar and internal communications Support administrative tasks such as scheduling & setting up meeting rooms, travel coordination, and documentation Collaborate with the People team to develop initiatives that strengthen engagement and foster a positive workplace culture

Your Profile

Currently enrolled in university, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of tasks A proactive, hands-on attitude with a collaborative mindset Comfortable working with digital tools; experience with HRIS or other HR systems is a plus Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and spoken)
