What You'll Be Doing

Join our international Global Marketing & Communications team and get hands-on experience in real-world marketing and communications projects. You’ll support a wide range of activities across digital platforms, content creation and global campaigns. Your main tasks will include:


Helping gather and prepare content (graphics, videos, presentations) for interactive communication screens Assisting with social media – scheduling draft posts, managing inboxes, compiling performance reports and coordinating video production Making sure our messaging is aligned across all channels – website, newsletters, emails, social media, company presentations and more Supporting the creation of simple but impactful graphics Assisting in website management and content creation Coordinating email marketing translations and preparing content drafts Helping roll out digital campaigns and organizing content for specialized campaigns in Biopharma and China Pitching in for global events like webinars and trade shows (e.g., Compamed) Filling in where needed – you’ll be part of the team and your input will count!

What You Bring

You're enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or similar) You can work around 15–20 hours/week during the semester (and more during breaks if available) You’re digitally fluent – confident, quick learner of tools like PowerPoint, Jasper AI, Sprout Social and maybe even Adobe Photoshop and Express You're active on social media and curious about how brands use it strategically You're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to learn fast You speak and write English fluently (bonus points for German)
