We are the AY Fulfillment Services Team and support partners in core e-commerce processes such as fulfilment and customer service. Based on ABOUT YOU's scalable operations, we create a unique online shopping experience for our partners' customers. In international projects, we implement our partners' requirements, define service standards, monitor processes and develop optimisations. These services are regularly implemented in large-scale projects together with other AY teams. Our team manages the projects from the definition of the services to the go-live and then sets up processes together with our customers to ensure smooth live operation. Sounds exciting? As a

Working Student (m/f/d) - Fulfillment Services

, you will be actively involved in the creation and evaluation of various reports and ad hoc analyses, such as profitability analyses. In addition, you will support the team in implementing projects and our partners in their onboarding, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

Independent evaluation of service performance (logistics, customer service) Preparation of ad hoc analyses and reports Support for large projects and insights into project management Support for integration projects for new customers Support for collaboration with existing service customers Collaboration with other partner management teams, such as sales and account management

Requirements

Enrolled student in business administration, economics or similar Very good English skills High affinity for numbers and willingness to learn Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel) Quick comprehension and structured and independent way of working Communication and organisational skills, ability to work in a team and creativity
