Working Student (m/f/d)

M&A / Strategic Planning

20 hours/week

4-6 months
Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist in mergers and acquisitions transactions, especially in financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence of potential targets and joint ventures Perform financial and strategic business analysis, valuations, and industry research Support the preparation of presentations for top management Contribute to various strategic projects and presentations

Qualifications and Required SkillsEnrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, or a related field Previous work experience (internship or working student) in investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance advisory would be an advantage Ability to work independently as well as in a team and under pressure Proficiency in written and spoken English Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability
