Our

Strategic Planning Team

is responsible for preparing the annual and monthly business plans while keeping track of all relevant business and performance metrics. The team analyzes deviations between actual and planned figures, evaluates opportunities and risks, and identifies necessary measures. Furthermore, it develops cross-team reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in the areas of Category Planning, Pricing, and Buying to align planning and analysis specifically to the various business units.


As a

Working Student Strategic Planning (m/f/d)

, you will actively support the creation and evaluation of reports, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses that play a central role in corporate planning and control. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to not only build reports and dashboards, but also conceptually develop them further. In our dynamic and future-oriented working environment, you can contribute your creativity and innovative strength to actively drive topics forward and help shape the development of the department.

Responsibilities

Creation of weekly cross-team reports to manage business processes Assistance with ad-hoc analyses, project tasks, and special assignments Support in deriving monthly targets from the annual business plan and transferring these to Category Planning and Pricing Creation and optimization of existing reports and dashboards in Google Looker Studio

Requirements

Enrolled student in Business Administration or Business Informatics, ideally with a focus on Business Analytics, Controlling, or Finance Good knowledge of MS Excel Strong analytical and numerical understanding, entrepreneurial mindset, and a hands-on mentality Initial practical experience in Planning, Controlling, Finance, or Management Consulting is a plus Basic knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio is an advantage
