As a working student d/f/m in the Human Resources Operations department, you will support the team with exciting HR tasks. This role will provide you with insights into daily operations and various areas of HR work.
About the Role
Supporting the HR Operations team in operational and administrative tasks within an international environment
Managing student employees with regard to hiring, individual personnel measures, and onboarding
Taking on administrative tasks in the HR environment (e.g., preparing works council hearings, processing applications, creating HR reports in SAP)
Participating in current HR projects within the HR Operations department
Engaged in participating and collaborating in cross-HR Projects
Job requirements and experience
You are pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a comparable field, with a focus on HR
Initial practical experience in HR
Highly proficient in MS Office
Structured and organized work approach
High level of curiosity, motivation, and initiative
Very good German and good English skills
Availability for 16-20 hours a week
