Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and proactive

Working Student

to support the

Head of FCL Procurement

with day-to-day procurement activities and escalations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ocean freight procurement and market dynamics while contributing to impactful projects at DHL Industrial Projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist the FCL Procurement Head with operational and strategic procurement tasks. Support in managing escalations and resolving issues with carriers and internal stakeholders. Conduct market research and analysis on container shipping trends and pricing. Help maintain and update procurement data, reports, and KPIs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement processes. Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results with attention to detail.

Your Profile:

Currently enrolled in a university program (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field). Basic understanding of logistics operations, preferably in

freight forwarding

or

shipping lines

. Familiarity with

FCL (Full Container Load)

processes and container market dynamics would be desirable Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle escalations professionally. Proactive, motivated to learn, and eager to create impact, even in small tasks. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
