What you will do
We are seeking two motivated working students to support the creation and implementation of a new NPI (New Product Introduction) procurement process at tesa. You will play a key role in building project and supplier databases, ensuring cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and supporting process documentation and endorsement activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist in mapping and documenting the NPI procurement process Develop and maintain project and supplier databases (using Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools) Gather, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources Support workshops and meetings with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., R&D, Quality, Operations) Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholder endorsement Track project milestones and deliverables Support process improvement initiatives as needed
What you will need
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field) Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Familiarity with AI-based data analysis or automation tools is desirable Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Interest in procurement, project management, or process optimization
